Sex Differences in Simultaneous Interpreting: a Corpus-Based Study
Résumé
The present study investigates potential sex differences in several indicators of memory skills in simultaneous interpreting (e.g. décalage, rendition of numbers, and production of hesitations) based on a corpus of 180 interpretations in 6 language combinations (from and into English, French and Dutch).
